Now, I’m going to make this really simple for you. You cannot lose
fat from one area of your body, or even speed up fat loss from a certain
part of your body. Why? Because your body stores fat as energy and
then uses it up as required…but it does not choose from what part of
your body this will come from.
You cannot even do certain exercises, for example sit-ups, to try to
promote and boost fat loss from that area. It simply doesn’t work. What
you will need to do to lose belly fat, is lose fat from all over your
body and unfortunately the belly seems to be the last place the body
wants to take that fat from, especially the lower belly.
Whilst you are losing weight, you can still do ab exercises to help
tone the area for when you do manage to lose the fat, so that it will
look better and firmer as opposed to a flabby belly. To lose weight or
